“A decent place for tea the serving staff were very nice and friendly. We also really enjoyed the scones but for high tea there was a lot more sweets then savory definitely not a meal but really great if that's what you are looking for. However, there was a lady at the other table who kept sending things back because they didn't fit with her dietary restrictions. Quite unfortunate as it sounded like they called ahead to disclose them. These conversations were all very loud in a tiny restaurant and you could here the chef yelling WHAT and getting annoyed. Sort.of awkward for other guests and also probably made that lady feel very uncomfortable. I felt really bad for the servers as you could tell they were trying to be nice but the chef was being very rude. I totally understand that it can be frustrating to deal with guest that have many needs but it's not something that should be dealt with unprofessionally. Very unpleasant for a "high tea" experience when you hear other guests having a bad time.”

“This Williams was not up to the standards of other Williams I have been to. The bathroom was rundown and dirty and I think the entire place could use a good cleaning. It was mostly empty when I went in and there were dirty plates all over empty tables and they stayed that way through most of my time there. I was on my own and apparently that meant I had to sit at a small dirty table (there were no available small tables that weren't dirty) because all of the booths were "reserved for 2 or more people." I would completely understand this during busy times but the cafe was empty and I'm quite sure that my meal and latte cost more than the two small coffees the people sitting in a booth were drinking. I don't know if a lot of these things are because this location is near a university but I wont be back.”

“OMG what a wonderful surprise! The food, service and ambiance were all on point! Nicole was our server and she was on top of everything. Our glasses were never empty, and all of our food was made perfect. She recommended the mixed grill and said the steak was fantastic, so I tried it. “I think this is one of the best McDonald’s locations I have been at. I have been coming here multiple times with no issues at all. Today, the service was beyond awesome and the entire staff was going above and beyond with all of the customers. Great job for the person that hired the staff for this location, I love seeing teamwork and this location is filled with it. The manager was walking and asking customers if they can do anything or bring us anything. 5 star service is always appreciated.”

“It wasn't the best experience! Had to wait in line on road while hoping someone who was looking at their phone was not going to rear end me.. Then was blocking bike lane for a bit. Waited in a full line but moved fast. Ordered one wrap... They got it WRONG! Did not check till I was parked at 0ark of course so had to drive back and go in which I did not want to do as I am horribly sick and contagious and was trying to avoid that scenario. The manager, a nice young man.. set me up with the right kind and gave a cpl dessert pies to make up for it.. so forgiven. Check your orders before you leave the lot though. I didn't think I had to. I figured they could get one thing right and was wrong.”

“From the owner right down, the staff was warm knowledgeable and helpful. Food came out at a pace that felt just right, we where allowed to enjoy our meal never rushed nor waiting for the next course. As for the food it's was well prepared and each of the dish tasted great. The bottle of wine we chose to drink with the food was delicious. We top the evening with a wonderful coffee only as there was no room left for dessert, Will be back to enjoy more in the near future.”
