Gibeau Orange Julep

Fast service, awesome juice! I go regularly. Food is a bit over priced, but good tasting. A Montreal landmark. Not to mention the awesome old car shows they have regularly. If you're looking for some fast food and good picture opportunities, I recommend.

This was our first time trying out the Orange Julep. I ordered a medium Julep that had an interesting flavour to it, definitely tasted the freshly squeezed oranges in the midst of more of a milkshake feel. Enjoyed it! The Big O!

Friendly, helpful staff (both English and French speakers). The juice is yummy. They do have veggie options but I’m pretty sure they accidentally gave me real meat even though I ordered a veggie dog. The poutine was nice though. I’m sure if I had the veggie dog I would’ve liked it!

This place is a must if you never tried it before, everybody in Montreal knows about this place. They are famous for their sweetened orange juice. The food there is not bad , I always buy hot dogs and a juice when i go there. I used to buy the extra large bottle so I could drink at home but lately I feel like they changed the recipe? In my opinion it doesn’t taste as good as it was when I was younger but I still recommend this place . The men’s room is disgusting they need to clean it more often.

So I love the frappe drink, it's delicious. However it's totally a tourist trap given the price. The medium is like $7 and the large $11. The medium is probably fine for one person and two people could probably split the large. I have to get one every time I'm in town because they are so yummy... But I probably shouldn't.
