    Wow. The food is the best I have had. The staff is very friendly. The guy who anwers the phone, mmmmmm sexy voice. Very friendly. Miss Janet is the best by far.

    AMAZINGLY authentic Jamaican food. My parents were both born and raised in Jamaica and this restaurant really hits the nail on the head. Takeout only. So yummy!

    This is as authentic as you get. Ive been eating Janettes for 15 years and have never been disappointed. Not just the best in the West but In Quebec

    Oh my God, oh my God, where was this restaurant, when I was growing up, of all of the west Indian, restaurants that I have been to. Janette spicy island, is the best in Montreal .maybe because, it's small and no seating (only take out).and all of the west Indian restaurant should learn from janette. On how to treat your customers. Outstanding food. And FANTASTIC service.

    Such a great experience and food at this hidden gem! The staff is super friendly, service is great and the food is always tasty. We've been here on a handful of occasions, and everything we have purchased has been great. Our favorite is the jerk chicken plate :)
    Not completely sure, but I believe it's cash only!
