Disappointed by the customer service. Read below for feedback:

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest".

Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback.

Hoping we can have a better experience in the future.

Nice. I came by foot into a drive thru... The walk thru was correct I had my three fries ready in no time! #$/

Every time I come here its either they mess up my order or they forget to give me a straw (when I go by drive thru). For the first time in my life I went inside to order by self serve the machine did not print my receipt and I waited 20 minutes for a mcflurry because I noticed they skipped my number so I had to ask what was going on. Staff is very friendly.

I come here often for all the delicious foods. But what i do not like about this one place is that the employees who make my burger are doing it poorly and it does really make me mad. But everything else is nice. The workers are nice and thats pretty much all
