They are a pretty young crew but chill. They can easily be backed up on orders and they tend to mess up easily but they will fix the problem to the best of they're abilities when you mention it.

So far no problems when we order for delivery.. I forgot to add gravy to one of my orders & they kindly just added it :)

They're services are amazing, I love the chicken but they just need better packaging.

Actually the best KFC I've been to for a very long time. The chicken is actually not that greasy, and I do love their spice blend. The fries and sauce, however, are still gross. Always have and, I imagine, always will :-p

I was in and out quickly on date attended. The West end of Montreal is very English so most people speak English and French in the area so for English speaking patrons there is no issue with speaking to someone who knows how to speak English. Menus are in French but with the pictures it is easy to figure out.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. No issues on date attended. Food was hot and prepared to order. Would return.
