SOUCHi bar à sushi

Nice sushi place in the Ville Emard. The wait is a little long and there is always something not available. Will go back to try the all-you-can-eat vegan.

We had our first visit to Souchi last weekend and it definitively blew our mind!!! The restaurant deco and vibe is super cute and cool, and most importantly the quality of the sushi is by far the BEST!!! We ordered both vegan and fish sushi, they tasted beyond amazing!! Very very fresh!! There were so many variety that we never had before, the chef is truly a perfectionist, and we can tell they put a lot of heart and thoughts into it :D how can you put the best combination of sushi and guac? SOUCHI did it!! So excited to go back and try more :))

Honestly, I have never tasted such incredible sushi before. Every bite tickled my taste buds and for the first time in my life, we hadn't even left yet and I was ALREADY excited to come back again!! The place is perfect! The service was absolutely amazing! If I could rate it over 5 stars I would! Overall, the experience was phenomenal! Best restaurant in Montreal by FAR! Thank you to everyone at SOUCHi, you're AWESOME! :)

Great sushi place in a neighborhood where pizza and burger place are a dime a dozen. In their smaller location I had a chance to chat with one of the chefs who was obviously very passionate about what he does. And it shows in the unique flavour and texture combinations they create. I'm not vegan, but I still very much enjoyed the vegan rolls that aren't just your standard avocado, cucumber, and Japanese pickles. It's one of my top sushi places for sure!
