“The service was great! Even if the menu was pretty straightforward, the waiter took his time to explain everything to us! Their pizza was good. The crust is a bit soggy, a bit too moist to my liking. However, all my friends enjoyed their meal!”

“Very good poutine and hot dogs. Generous portions and well done hot dogs. Music was a bit loud and annoying that is why the details 4 stars.”

“The restaurant was good, but it's not a place I would run across town to try.The food was decent, well presented and the service was acceptable. The menu was classic but uncreative. It's the kind of place I'd take my grandmother to. If you live in the neighbourhood and are looking for something safe, go ahead and try it. But if you want a similar priced menu that is truly fantastic, go to O'Thym. Same concept, but much more creative. Also, the desserts are better there.”

“Upon entry, you're welcomed with a trendy and dim atmosphere, coupled with friendly and approachable staff. They are working with a smile, and are comfortable with taking risks to recommend dishes. Overall, I was expecting a lot more out of the meal as I left without finding that any of the dishes really blew me away. Of all the dishes, the lamb stood out as the best one we ordered. The drinks on the other hand were unique! I ordered the Second Base on the Street and it was absolutely my favourite part of the meal!”

“perfect night! we reserved for the birthday of a friend and had an amazing experience here. the food and waitstaff made this place. The menu is full of great choices for appetizers and for the main course. There are many ways to share and they added some additional pieces to some of the appetizers so everyone could get a try, or they suggested we order two of certain ones. Get wine list wish awesome unique finds. highly recommend you try it!”

“I went for breakfast. You have to order at the counter, which is awkward for breakfast. Do I go back to the counter for coffee refills? The food was fairly plain, no real effort at presentation...not even a slice of orange. Very small portion of tiny home fries. No condiments like Jam on the table. The place was clean. Maybe this is better for take-out. Nothing special in my opinion.”

“Wonderful buffet place. A large assortment hot and cold food. We have a lunch and dinner buffet. Weekends are crowded but food is replenished often. Decor is not fancy, food is very good! Evening weeknights prices are less than on the weekend. Less crowded too. Choices are: seafood, Italian, Greek, Chinese and Canadian, all taste good! We've been going there for years!”

“Although I never ate inside the place, I often order from this restaurant for my breakfast/brunch fix via UberEats and I ALWAYS had a great experience. Their sausage & home potatoes are my favourite! They have always paid attention to the notes regarding my food and the6 make sure it gets delivered warm. I’m normally not the type to make Google reviews but I just had to for this restaurant. 5 stars from me!”

“It's definitely worth the visit. Been here several times. All the plates I've had have been great. Prices are good value and they also have options for children. Parking is always available.”

“Workers are great, it's the best spot to grab a quick bite. I always get the vege delice and it's amazing! The service is a bit slow but overall ????”

“Reasonable portions. Standard prices. Good service. I like how they leave a carafe of coffee at the table. The coffee was a bit weak for my taste and the crepe I had was a bit doughy instead of thin and crisp. Otherwise, the food tasted fresh and delicious.”

“Honestly, my first experience with this particular location was it's opening day. On that day I ordered an Uncle burger trio, to go. When I arrived home, much to my disappointment, I discovered my burger was almost totally uncooked, therefore, incredible. I returned today 11/25/2019 to give the location a second chance. I ordered a "Papa Royal". This time I was far far happier with the results. The burger was excellent, and seasoned how I like it for a fast food burger, the fries did have a funny aftertaste, but not unpleasant, more like a beef fat flavor, and as always, the root beer was what I'd ever hope for. It's a 24 hour location, so convenient for any of cravings you may find yourself having, and the food is better then McDonald's if nothing else. I'm happy I gave this location a second chance.”

“Poor service. We, and another couple were the only people at the restaurant. Yet the waiting time and the overall service was poor. However it improved a bit towards the end. That’s why I am giving at least three stars.”

“A basic all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant. It has been under new management since mid-2019, and it's not quite as good as it was before, but that said, it isn't a bad place to eat. It has your usual selection of fried rice, general Tao chicken, dry garlic spareribs, shrimp, fish, and noodles. It has a handful of fruit and salad options, a desert cart, and ice cream. The food items are a little hit or miss. Things like the general Tao are heavily breaded, with very little sauce to coat it. The deserts are mild, and mostly flavorless, but the ice cream buckets are always a great choice. While they used to offer some good tea, and imported beer on the menu, at the time of this review they still don't have a liquor license. So you're limited to soft drinks, which are unfortunately served in cans. Keeping in mind that it's in LaSalle, which is relatively poor neighborhood, it's a decent place to eat your fill if you're not too concerned with service and a fancy setting.”

“I’ve heard so many great things about this place. We ordered a calamari but it wasn’t good at all( tasted like a piece of caoutchouc), then we had a plate of 18 pieces of dragon eyes( sushi’s) they were okay. To finish, we had a plate of butter chicken and that was amazing! The service is great, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere! I’ll definitely be back but only for their plates cause they are worth it.”

“Good food and good service during the day. Horrible staff members at night. We went there regularly during my last pregnancy. And today, we went there for brunch with my sister for her birthday. Later on the same day, we went to SuperC next door. Our 4-month old baby needed hot water to warm up his formula. We went in the restaurant kindly asking for hot water. The waitress (different from day staff) refused at first to give us some hot water. She kept asking if we would be buying food. She RELUCTANTLYLY gave us a tiny bit of hot water (1/3 of the volume requested and clearly not enough to warm up our bottle) after I told her that we were there this morning. Not very helpful! In other words, if you want to go there, go there during the day, not at night!”

“We have limited options for Chinese food in the area so we usually order for delivery from here when we have a hankering. So far, they're one of the only decent ones available that we know of. They're usually very good, fast to deliver and friendly enough over the phone. Just NEVER order the General Tao Tofu - this was NOT EDIBLE. We had to throw it out. I included pics where you can see little tiny tidbits of actual tofu that's encased in this gooey, tapioca-like thing. It was gummy and gross. General Tao is breaded meat and tofu was the meat of this dish but you will not get tofu in this meal. Also, you can pass on their peanut butter dumplings. The sauce is grainy (and not with peanuts - it's like sand between your teeth as though they used powdered mix sauce and forgot to mix). I took off one star because of these two disappointing dishes. Maybe they just don't do tofu well. Otherwise, I would give this place 4 stars.”

“The food is great and the normal service is good too. Most staff are very friendly. Service during Dim Sum can be a bit slower. and less efficient. It's a little bit pricier than other Chinese restaurants though. There's plenty of parking space though, which is very nice. Good place to go eat if you can't be bothered to get downtown.”

“It’s much better than McDonald. They fry your hamburger right away so it’s very fresh! In McDonald? They only heat it up pre-fried patties (think of a microwave). And in Harvey’s, you choose the vegetables you want and the sauce you want: how many lettuce, tomatoes or no tomatoes, more tomatoes, pickles, etc. You get to eat onion rings instead of fries. Think about it. It’s worth the money! I love it.”
