Restaurant just along from our hotel we had a lovely meal had chicken Milanese and Canelloni followed by a very creamy tiramisu... not usual and a bit expensive but nice! Agree, pricing was a bit high but it is in very touristy area. We must have liked it because wen next day for onion soup (delicious) each and a shared pizza with salad. Anthony very attentive and gave personal service.
We favoured a warm drink, ordered different coffees and hot chocolate. We have had better coffees. The chocolate drinks were warm, not hot. Waiter not very friendly. Prices relatively high.
We had mixed experience while eating at the terrace. Food and service were excellent. However, one thing that we found distracting were flies that were flying here and there. I recommend to eat indoor in order to be away from flies (I know you would be asking "Why should we eat inside even in peak summer time??" I guess flies were there because of some plants outdoors.
Very good food in an otherwise tourist trap type area. Would easily eat here again. Pizza is incredible and the Greek salad is among the best you'll ever have.
Delicious. Comfortable. Soothing to body and soul. My (off-menu) chicken and mushroom risotto was the perfect gluten-free* lunch for a blustery Quebec City day, and the latte was beautifully warm. Don't let the sign out front put you off - this is not just a pizza joint. It is a welcoming, casual and calm Italian eatery.
* The pastas are also available gluten-free.
