“Je ne qualifierais pas cet endroit de café mais plutôt de sandwicherie. Le café qu'il sert n'est pas très bon, je dirais que la qualité prix du café est chère. En revanche, le service à la clientèle est irréprochable. Les prix pour les sandwichs et les autres articles son relativement chère, cependant je ne sais pas si les sandwichs sont bon.”

“I found this secret unknown little place to locals (A guy told me he lived on the same street than the restaurant and it took him 2 years to notice it) that is mostly visited by South American people. It is as small as it is delicious. The chef puts emphasis on quality over anything. It has a small menu but everything is exceptional and incredibly fresh. Their Churros can't taste any fresher and their empanadas give you a taste of heaven. Don't forget their awesome seafood soup. The prices are pretty reasonable and the owner (Carlos) is a really nice guy. You MUST try it, but don't tell anyone, it's a secret ;) .”

“I miss the location and folksiness of the old market at the train station. This modern building is nicely designed, nicely lit and pretty, but it lacks some character. There seem to be fewer merchants. The former market was more intimate, and the narrow aisles made it feel like more bustle. The new place, in a large parking lot near a stadium requires a bus trip or driving (yuck). Probably more convenient for the vendors, but less so for those visiting from the city center. There were fewer places to get food for eating there, too. I hope it gets busier in the future.”

“This place is a jewel. Visit it on the afternoon and grab a sausage sandwich. Finish it in style with an order of carrot cake or apple pie. Everything is so terribly delicious! The ambiance of this place is soothing and welcoming. By far the best little cafe in Quebec city.”

“We had an exceptional experience at, Bar Artefact. We went for an after dinner drink and dessert. There are historical artefacts displayed in the bar, the decor is modern fun and inviting. 2 private sections with firplaces that overlook an ancient fort. We enjoyed their homemade hot chocolate with Kahlua and Baileys. Drink and dessert all in one! It was devine! Absolutely delicious. The service was spectacular, the prices were reasonable. We will definitely return to enjoy their restaurant as well.”

“This was our last meal in Quebec. Well let me tell you, this restaurant has an amazing view, but above that the food was absolutely tasty, affordable and of quality. The service was wonderful. They do have a lunch menu where you choose your appetizer, your main dish and comes special priced wine and dessert. Coffee included. Sizes were just perfect. We had a great lunch and it was absolutely worth it and delicious.”

“Many times I passed by this place and so wanted to come over. So at last we made it. The interior is very nice and bright. Coffee was a really good quality. Unfortunately the choice of pastries and sandwiches was very poor. I has been expected something more. The sandwiches on the shelf were drying off. Another unpleasant detail it's chipped dishware like some of the plates, on which ones our pastry have been served and even noticed some cracks. The pastry itself wasn't breathtaking just average. Hope it will change”

“We stopped in for \lunch here and they have an interesting set up with different rooms used like an old house. We were in the room with old book spines made into art on the walls . very interesting and beautiful. The service was a little slow but it was full on lunch time on a snowing day so everyone was trying to stay warm i guess. THe food was good. I had the quiche and salad a large tasty portion .”
