The sauce has been absorbed by the sushi and at the end, you had something that does no longer deserves the name 'sushi'. This is not a traditional sushi place. “It took 30 minutes to get my order in because the waitress didn't speak English, then she finally brought me an English menu. I ordered a meal for my husband then ordered a side of 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and the waffles for myself. She got everything correct except she didn't bring my eggs and said waffles should be enough or get some from my husband's plate. I wish I didn't have this bad experience because the food was delicious when it was finally correct. I will visit again because I have business in the area that brings me here quite often. And I will make sure to request the English menu and an English speaking waitress table. We were out numbered why I didn't create a scene for them to say "there goes another rambunctious black female!"”

“The food is still as good as ever, but the portion sizes are small. Gone are the good ol' times where a small poutine from Belle Province could feed an entire family, and where the restaurant owner would comp your meal if you could eat a large poutine on your own. Plus, there's only two kinds of poutines now : regular and Italian. If you want anything else, it costs extra. Thankfully, the prices are pretty reasonable, so it still ends up being cheaper than most places”

There's a nice flower shop adjacent to the cafe and they also sell a wide variety of preserves, market-style grocery items and alcohol.With over twenty 5 ratings, this one was worth checking out. The parking lot was quite full and that is always a good sign.”

“I would come back again. The steak I ordered rare and came out nicely browned on the outside and rare on the inside. Mysis ordered ribs were falling off the bone and moist.Great restaurant and friendly to English speaking patrons. Food was prepared as ordered and tasty, nice presentation. Parking after 5:30 is free in lots. There was an outdoor concert last night and parking was tight at 6pm. Menu was all fresh and locally sourced.”
