We found the café pleasant and welcoming, and obviously popular with locals. We stopped in for a quick lunch: soup, muffins and coffee. Everything was fine. The service was friendly and efficient. “The entrees came with soup (I choose lentil soup) and a small mixed-greens salad with dressing. We both opted for raspberry vinaigrette, and enjoyed how light it was with just a touch of sweetness. I got the seafood crepe and my husband ordered the mushroom crepe, and we shared. Both crepes were fantastic! The melted cheeses were creamy and smooth, and the crepes themselves were the perfect texture--not too thin and not too thick.”

“The food tastes amazing but you may think the waiting time would take forever to get served and that the portions are too small. Great staff, friendly and will smile to everyone. The thing that I disliked the most was that the reservation works in a strange way. Make sure that you reserve before coming here otherwise they will tell you that they are filled even though you will see several empty tables. Oh and order your dessert at the same time as your dinner if you wanna save up another hour for your food!”

“Picked this restaurant for lunch while on a road trip. The beef pho was delicious. My kids liked the won ton soup and grilled chicken on vermicelli noodles. This place hasn't changed since the 80s. The service is super slow but the pho soup was good and authentic. The rest of the food was Americanized and blend.”

“They have a huge selection of products for your smokers and BBQ. They also have one of the best butchers. We got this awesome Tomahawk aged for 90 days and it was to die for. They sell all sorts of products like short ribs, chickens, pork, beef jerky, sausage, cold cuts, t-bones, bavettes ans much more. I highly recommend this place.”

The slogan here is "because it's good" and ya, the food is fantastic. This is by far better than the fast food chains that I've got in my home town. Price is cheap, servings are big, special was unbelievably cheap. Not to mention they'll always win over this mother's heart by handing out treats to the little kiddies. Got the poutine because yes, poutine. Cheese squeaks when you bite it. Perfect.”

“For Restaurant Week, there was a choice of appetizers. I chose the potato leek soup. There was no choice for the main course--it was surf and turf--a T-bone steak with two shrimp. The choices for dessert were blueberry banana Foster cheesecake or baked "Hawaiian" pineapple. I chose the blueberry cheesecake.”
