You get to choose between multiple variations of tartars with salmon, tuna, beef and Blu marlin. It's delicious. And for lunch they treat you to a complimentary glass of beer or wine. Had a mushroom feuilleté to start and an onion soup and both were to die for. Really well executed with the kitchen open for all to see how they put it together. For the main we had the duck and the bison and both were cooked to perfection. Generous portions, well plated and constructed. Each bite was a hit.”
