    Amato is definitely a hidden Italian gem. A beautiful ambiance paired with tasty dishes, carefully prepared and lovely presentation. Their wine selection is incredible as well. Totally worth the drive all the way to Ste Rose.

    Have the burrata, if they offer it. Wonderful!

    Flawless. The waiting is quite long but is so much more worth it than you can even imagine. I never liked tomato sauce but the one they serve is absolutely delicious. It is expensive yes but every pennie's worth in the service, food and ambiance. The desserts too are delectables.
