    Great food, Gérard, the chef was fantastic as usual. If you go through Morin-Heights Québec, stop at the restaurant l'Héritage for a great experience. ????☺️

    Have been eating at Heritage for years and the experience is always the same. Outstanding food and homely environment. You instantly feel welcomed.

    Interesting selection of more upscale dishes (I had the sweetbreads). However, most at my table were unimpressed with the execution. The proteins (capon, shrimp, and veal) were found tough or dry; perhaps overcooked, perhaps lower quality, perhaps both. My sweetbreads certainly failed to provide the experience I had been hoping for, likely overcooked and lacking the creaminess I expected. Had the prices been more in line with the quality of the food, this might have been a better review, but with mains at $40, L'Héritage failed to meet my expectations.
