“The Poutine is awesome! I bet in the late evening it's really more animated but when I was there it was little bit dead. Well it was in the afternoon a week day tho. It is really friendly like the place where everybody comes to meet chat and drink beer. Surprisingly excellent choices of beer on the menu.”

“An excellent café, they serve a wonderful breakfast as well. Ingredients are delicious, meals are carefully prepared and the location is really nice. There is free parking near by. Veggie options are plentiful and delicious. If you are staying at the nearby hotels skip their breakfast and head to this. Much better quality/value.”

“4.75 stars really. Our second meal was as delicious as the first. The food is beautifully presented and prepared by a soon to be well recognized chef. Service is superb. For those that know, the setting is outstanding, so nice to see the resurrection of the real bistro Champlain. Sophie and her chef husband are really doing this place justice. We wish them the greatest success and hope that tables will be available in the future as this restaurant will definitely not go unnoticed.”
