“2 hungry travelers were on A20 and decided to get off the road in Levis QC area. This was a chance find and a good one too. The place offers an extensive selection of meats, fish, poultry, soups and pastas. We had 4 items. All were very good. Service is friendly and efficient. The place is large but you will have privacy at your table. The location is close to A20 but is convenient and easy to get to if you are in the QC - Levis area. If you are looking for a good place to go for your dining pleasure Evolution is a choice to look at seriously.”

“We stayed at the attached Hampton Inn and had some reservations about eating at this restaurant since most hotel restaurants are not very good. We were wrong. This restaurant is not part of the Hilton group but is a chain with a name that translates to "Crazy Pig" - an interesting name! Our first meal was a delicious and very tender pork chop accompanied by fresh vegetables and the usual french fries. We chose to eat breakfast here for two mornings which were probably some of the best breakfasts we've had. We tried the "Country Special" and a savory crepe another day and both were delicious. If you're staying nearby give this one a try.”

“A cozy & fun place. We have been there about 4 times. The good : Nice, clean modern decor with an organic touch. The food is good for what it is, freshly made, good soups and deserts too not cheap but not too pricey, the combo option is worth it imo. Free lemon/citrus infused water. The staff is nice. The less good : the soups could be warmer, the pita sandwiches are too small compare to the regular ones.. I will go again.”
