“There's vegan options for us vegans, the food is good, and the service is good which is why the three stars. But I do find the prices to be too high. 17$ for a vegan burger, fries and very little greens on the side plus a vegan dessert at a cost of 8$ plus a small glass of wine (very little wine, about 2 sips) also at 8$ is way too high. We are not at a gourmet restaurant here! The burger, fries and the two bites of greens should be priced at around 12$ to 14$ and please more greens, this dish is certainly not worth the 17$. The amount of wine they give you for 8$ is laughable, they should fill up the glass for that price. The price of the dessert should be lowered to about 4$ or 5$.”

“One of my new favorite spots.Offers indoor and outdoor seating, plus little cafe up front with great coffee. Excellent service (waiter spoke French and English), great food and lots of it. Ordered just a sandwich and it came with soup or salad, choice of potato fries or veggies and dip, coffee and when we finished, the waiter brought over a big plate of fresh baked cookies for us to choose from. Only thing that could have made it better were if they had a gluten free cookie as my wife and one girl are gluten free.”

“Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are not quiet and old looking. I was lucky enough to be located near the stairs where until 1:59am I could here people walking. TV if you need it because of the not so soundproof rooms then you might want to be sure your TV remote works because ours did not... Beds and pillows are really soft and I haven’t been in a hotel or motel with double beds since I have been a kid. Being 6 foot it’s definately not ideal. Would only recommend it for its central location. Otherwise it was hard to find space to park my car and not very updated.”

“We were camping in Orford and heard about this place so we had to try it. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean but is due for an update. But, we’re not here fir decor, we ordered pizza and fries! I find that using a spray bottle for the vinegar is a great idea! Food is delicious. If you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed.”

I don't expect servers to speak English in these parts by any means, but with the big effort I really do appreciate it. “Had the honor to be invited to a breakfast at this lovely inn in the small town of Ayers Cliff Quebec. We dined on the veranda over-looking the lake, Massiwippi. Very Comfortable and Friendly reception. The menu was more than adequate . I chose Eggs Benedict, which was served with homefries. We opted for the COMPLETE Breakfast which included a fruit, cereal, yogurt choose. Service was excellent. The main plate was a little on the cool side---especially the potatoes--the coffee was too cool. However, It was a pleasant experience and I would go again on a special occasion. A bit pricey”
