“Food is good, there is a great selection on the menu, and you get HUGE portions. However, so far, in my experience, service is weirdly inconsistent. I went to pick up the last time, and the woman who served me was super sweet, as were the guys who handed over my order. That said, I could very easily overhear staff talking rudely to other staff members right in front of me, and also to clients. When I called for delivery recently for the first time, the person I spoke to was also rude and abrupt on the phone. I think this is a great local spot but things could be improved in that respect.”

“Stopped in while driving through Châteauguay on Anjou Blvd because we didn’t feel like a typical Mc D’s, Subway or Tim Horton’s and wow what a pleasant surprise; Five Guys quality at Dollar Store prices. They should rename this place Five Girls and franchise it. Best fresh beef burgers since Spruce Beer and best hot dogs since Decarie Hot Dog. Don’t even get me started on the poutine; forget Banquise and Monique; at 10$+ a plate, this 5$- poutine takes them to town; or in this case outta town! And oh ya; the Fish ‘n Chips is also world class.”

“A good deal, quick delivery, and one of the best crusts I’ve had - thin and not a hint of burnt spot underneath. Bacon and cheese pizza was generous on the bacon, but cheese was a very thin layer, hence the four-star. The place is very clean, friendly and polite staff, the pizza's are delicious and reasonably priced. Good food, good price, I strongly recommend this place.”

“Cora serves one of the best breakfasts in Chateauguay....Service is efficient, food is great, and price is a bit high but the quality of the food is worth the price. The atmosphere is very good and laid back plus it is not too noisy. Overall their blueberry pancakes are the best, also their fruit and yogurt selections are good as well. My friend likes their food as well especially their larger breakfasts...overall I would not hesitate to recommend this place and they have bilingual menus, either French or English depending on what you ask for. Overall a very good experience”

“There are various combo menu items and they offer bonus items if your purchase is over certain amounts. Our favorite is their "Dinner #3 for two people", with extra egg rolls instead of soup, a bonus item of Pineapple Chicken and an order of Hunan Dumplings. Enough food to easily feed four people. Their egg rolls are the "sausage" shaped variety, which I prefer over the other type. My absolute favorite are their Hunan Dumplings. Just the right touch of zing in the peanut sauce... a must try item!”

“The lemongrass soup is very delicious!! Tangy and lightly spicy. The imperial rolls are also very delicious! I love that they give you the choice between rice, vermicelli or crispy noodles (my fave)! The crispy noodles go so well with the general Tao. The teriyakis arrive sizzling on a hot plate, they smell and taste amazing!! Finally for dessert the fried apples are delicious!!! They also have a fried banana or cheesecake option. The jasmin tea is also very good! Highly recommend!”

“The restaurant printed the tickets and the Church sold them within the community. Part of the proceeds went to the Church. While I can not speak for the Church, I can for the three couples who attended and my own observations. Over 200 tickets were sold! The restaurant staff really had to hustle but they did in a very efficient and friendly manner. This was a buffet that was served hot and the food was good. I saw a sea of smiling faces and to be honest did not hear one single complaint. If people had to wait, and some did, it was because of the success of the event that ran from 5 to 8 pm. Our friends were very pleased about the meal and the ambiance created by both the restaurant staff and those who took part in the event.”

“I must say, this place is a small family run GEM ! We I last went we were 4 and so we took the taste menu for 4 and OMgoodness ! Really good! The quality was their for a family run restaurant, however it was true to its authentic taste and feel. I loved it such, that having just recently operated and more house bound than normal they do take out !!! I have ordered 3 times in so many weeks since I found out they deliver. What else to say, feel, quality, quantity, taste are all more than expected and great !”

“I had sushi every night this weekend, and I cannot say that this meal was anywhere close to the best I had. But they are beginning to slowly reconcile me with Sushi Shops. Definitely way better than any of the one I've tried in Laval, which surprises me since Chateauguay is such a blah town for eating out. Staff is super nice and made-to-order sushi is actually worth the (not so long) wait. Great tempura!”

“Overall the food was good and exceeded out expectations for a chain restaurant. We ordered for an appetizer the escargot which also was good but not enough garlic for our tastes but other than this aspect very good and tender. The atmosphere is good and seating is comfortable but if you are not in a booth it would be cramped and tables close together. Good value for the price and our server was very attentive and was bilingual no language problems as mentioned in other reviews. Overall quality of the food was good for the price.”

“Tried this restaurant in the old Charlie's bar/pub space which they have taken over. Overall a very small space with an outdoor terrace. Service is friendly and you are not rushed. Reservations are a must...Overall we had the tacos el pastor and the meat was flavorful and spiced correctly. Cocktails were reasonably priced and we sat on the terrace which had music playing and a fun energy. Overall seeing some of the other patrons plates go by food looked and smelled good. I would not hesitate to recommend. Overall fun place for a nice casual dinner. Keep in mind they have no air conditioning from what I could see with the terrace open into the main restaurant.”

“I have to say this is one place I simply love going. The food is always fantastic. The soups are delicious, warm bread served to your table and you can bring your own wine. They have a special for 2 for 22.00 certain days of the week as well and its really nice inside. A gorgeous place to sit and chat with someone or a group. I am always happy at this restaurant and if you like desserts I strongly recommend the cheesecake. it is simply divine!!”
