We were a group of 11 people and it was short noticed also but they made the reservation process very easy for us and everything was perfect. They even brought out our cake and cut it for us as well. Plus the terrasse was a huge bonus. The service is impeccable and everything fell into place so that we wouldn't have to be late to our boat tour. “When I ran out of options after La Villa closed, I started going here. The menu is great, with a lot of healthy options. The last time I went I tried their mexican omelette. It's awesome. The only reason I'm not rating it excellent is because the service was average and they seemed under-staffed every time. It's also a bit echoey in there and a bit crammed unless you have a booth.”

“We celebrated a Birthday and were going to a show at 8 pm. Arrived around 5:30 and were out by 7pm. Great service and excellent cuisine. Fresh ingredients and soups were very tasty. I recommend you take one of the menus with soup, spring rolls and main course 16-18$. They don't accept credit card or debit. You need cash. Very nice place for a small gathering. If you don't want to wait make a reservation places are limited.”

I couldn't quite understand her logic, The food is excellent and so is the service. Good portion and served very warm. The only problem is the parking but the food makes it worth going. “We were at a funeral home close by and we needed a break... So we walked over to this place. Surprisingly good! Fries are not homemade as I saw them pour frozen fries from a bag in a deep fryer - but they were yummy. Cheeseburger and steamies were very tasty and nicely seasoned. “This place has great Pizza and Poutine, which is what we always get when we are in town. Others with us had Pizzagetti, fish and chips and a chicken brochette. “This is the real deal. Wood fired oven - good quality simple ingredients and no-nonsense approach. I had wood roasted entrecote steak, my wife a lamb brochette with a green salad - superb. Very good pizza between corte and ponte leccia, perfect stop on the road. If u are lucky u may have fresh trout from the backyard river. I only regret that I didn't discover this place earlier so we could have gone back and tried the pizzas which looked fantastic.”

“It's a simple quick food place in the suburbs. I've had breakfast there a few times.... Italian omelette is amazing, but probably not the healthiest choice for daily consumption! I did ask for egg whites, but the pepperoni, cheese and tomato sauce covering it probably negated any benefit... coffee is pretty bad, but what you might expect from a place that specializes in poutine (which I still haven't tried there yet)...”

“I have gone a couple of times for lunch with work colleagues. They have a quaint dining room that is on the small side, but is comfortable nonetheless. We mostly order out though. Their pizza is the best in Chateauguay, but it is also the most expensive. I recommend the all-dressed with bacon. Their gnocchi is also quite good, and you get a large portion with the take-out. If you need a good pizza in Chateauguay, then Mercure is your best bet.”

And I am *not* big on pizzas... But I like theirs, especially the "Chef's Special". So much bacon. And pizza had that big ball of dough in the middle like in the old days... Great!
