“This is one of my favourite restaurants. My family and I have been going there for years. There cold spring rolls with peanut sauce are to die for, and there general tao is by far the best in the Montreal area.. I live on the Island of MTL and regularly make the trip to Echalote just for some quality Vietnamese food. The owner is extremely nice and always make sure the food is made well. Some things I’d recommend to people to try is there cold spring rolls, general tao, won ton soup, cantonnaise style noodles, beef sautés with broccoli and the crispy chicken with sesame..”
