“What a wonderful farmers market / store / restaurant. Outside is a farmer's stand with a beautiful selection of local fruit and vegetables. On the side is a food counter selling various sandwiches, pies, pastries etc, most of which appear to be home-made. Behind this and inside is a store selling homemade breads, pastries, preserves and much more. Prices are honest and staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a stop. Oh, and you can pock your own apples in the adjacent orchard.”

“I was looking for an authentic place in the area, and stopped in front of Balza. I decided to get in, because a lady of the town, who goes regularly, told me about the excellent food of the restaurant. She was right. I got amazed by the delightful taste of my dish. I’m still thinking about all the effort put by his chef to get their clients the best dish. The relationship quality value is wokderful.”

“Some of the best pie I've ever had. Tried both strawberry-rhubarb and apple-raspberry. Also had a bacon and egg croissant. Everything was amazing. Also, rode in with a group of 10ish cyclists. They handled our party with ease and grace, refilling what must have been 20 water bottles. Super bon!”
