Auberge Willow Inn

I had my wedding on site and the reception. From the moment we started planning, Samantha and Julie were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly accommodating to our requests for the wedding. We rented out the rooms for our guests, plus the anchorage house across the street (which is a gem FYI). For our tasting Chef Jamie went out of his way to allow us our unusual choices for the reception and each meal was excellent. We chose Banger and mash, steak and ale pie and salmon. For our cocktails they made the most delicious alcoholic and non alcoholic apple spiced cider. We had our ceremony in the reception hall for 90 people and then they reset the room in an hour.
All the guests commented that the food was the best they had compared to other weddings and everyone could not get over how wonderful the Waite staff was. Polite, well mannered and incredibly quick and efficient. We could not of picked a better place for our wedding. Every detail was taken care of. From the rehearsal dinner for 18 people in the pub to breakfast the day after the wedding for 26 people. Julie made every request happen easily. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.

Our daughter had her wedding there this last weekend and I could not imagine a more beautiful venue. With attention of detail, plus the service staff were so polite, friendly and quick to bring you anything you needed. The food was delicious with many of their inhouse ingredients. A huge "Thank you" to all of you at the Willows that were involved in making the day a truly memorable one for Jessie and Dean.

Just came from dinner at The Willow. Our waiter was Noe and I cannot imagine better service. He was friendly, helpful with suggestions and very attentive. The menu was varied and our table of 6 had 5 different appetizers and 4 different meals. Each serving was amazing in both flavor and presentation. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

The Willow Inn has been newly renovated and looks fabulous. The new management, staff were very accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous. The restaurant has a new chef and the food was excellent with great variety. Had fall off the bone ribs and will be having a family reunion this coming Sunday. The setting is relaxing and friendly.

Food is really good. Setting is great , especially in the summertime with that beautiful view of the lake but the service is so bad. I won’t go to into detail but when it comes to service, they do everything wrong. We went on a Saturday evening and the weather was perfect but the place was almost empty by 8:45pm and I am sure it’s cause the service is unbearable. I feel so bad to give a bad review cause it looks like the owners really put a lot of effort / money in re-opening the Willow Inn. I hope they fix this issue. We all want to willow inn to stay in business and be a success.
