“Randomly found this gems in the area. Husband and I are very glad that we have found a place where they have the perfect tendon and a spicy pepper that is spicy enough for him. Classic pho is great too. Service is amazing and even the tea is well flavoured. Very spacious and comfortable. No MSG as hubby is a human MSG detector and not having any MSG related reaction. Definitely coming back!”

“Everytime I come for dinner, there is a single artist working in the restaurant. This means that if there is anyone in front of you, you wait for each sandwich to be made and paid for before they start working on yours. The artist tries to do things as efficiently as possible but he can't be in two places at once. As well, don't expect a large variety of toppings on Sunday evening as the food order comes in on Monday and a lot of things are out.”

“We were two for dinner mid-week and both had a salad plus veal scallopine. Perfectly grilled, just pink which is incredibly difficult with thinly-sliced cuts. Perhaps a peppercorn sauce would have been a nice option but purists will love the unadorned style plus veggies. Chianti was lovely but top-up glass was not as ordered. Superb, family-friendly atmosphere for early birds. Great service generally. Thanks, Frank. A little noisy- come early if you have an important conversation in mind. Recommended.”

“I stumbled across this diner because it was the only place around open New Years Day. It was very busy when I came but the staff were very pleasant and the food was well worth the wait. I ordered the Southern Breakfast and it was incredible! The freshly squeezed juice was also very yummy. You can tell that whoever came up with the menu really loves food.”

“Incredibly cute burger shack. Seems like all their items are made fresh and to order. I had their most popular item which is the Riverside. It was so juicy and balanced. The burgers are well textured; crispy lettuce and bacon, juicy patty, toasted bun. I noticed they press down on their bacon when they griddle it, which makes them extra crispy, YUM! I will be returning to try another of their many burger variations!”

“GREAT BUT TOO SWEET! Service was outstanding. Vibe was classy and relaxed (love a restaurant where I am not bombarded with pounding loud music!) The concept of a single prix fixe that changes nightly, served family style is interesting. The first course salad was creative, fresh and tasty. The trout was perfectly done but the side dishes were quite disappointing. Two of them were icky sweet (yam and cauliflower), which was a turn-off to me... I realize some people like sweetness with vegetables but it was way too much especially in two out of three. The cheese course was nice with the crumbly soda bread and tasty sweet marmalade, bits of granola in a puddle of honey but again SWEET OVERLOAD. The caramel creme pot was AMAZINGLY delicious but I certainly would have enjoyed my post-meal sweet had the meal not been mostly dessert-level sweetness. We had the 4 course wine pairing which was really good and well-chosen. I am going to give 4 stars because overall it was a quality experience and perhaps its my own preference which left me not as pleased as I would have liked for a not-inexpensive meal.(just under $250 for 2 people, including tip) We would probably give it another try in the future.”

“Just had dinner delivered. Our first time eating here. Food was amazing! Super impressed from start to finish. Delivery was 25 minutes on a Saturday night. Portions were proper. I love that the asked if we needed cutlery versus just assuming. All food was delivered in compostable or legit recyclable containers. Good karma take out/ delivery eating on top of 5 star food.
