(March 19, 2019, 10:33 am)Chef Diego and his staff were AMAZING! We were there for Sunday brunch and each course awoke a new taste:bud. Eating straight from the earth that we walked upon and smelled as you can see from the pictures was an experience all on its own. The setting is stunning, the service impeccable and the food amazing! 5 stars for both as I don't believe in rating a restaurant with combined scores but separate. Make a reservation and go ... Oh they have heat and AC ;- enjoy!!!

This is our second visit to this amazing place and the experience is an overall 5-senses celebration.
The place is amazingly beautiful, 8 course tasting menu is really worth it. Each plate growths in your paladar and takes you to value not only flavor but also textures and smell.
Really recommend this place if gourmet dining is your thing.
Btw, love the hotel! prime service and detail oriented.
