“I ate last night at Pacheco's Cantina Grill. My wife, granddaughter and a friend of ours all went for dinner. The first thing I noticed was the ambience is very nice and relaxing. The food was amazing. It's nice finding these little restaurants where the owners and chefs take real pride in the food preparation and presentation. We each had something different, I being more of the gringo, enjoyed the enchiladas and the appetizers were amazing. You will not be disappointed in stopping in for some great food. If you are lucky enough to meet the owners Veronica and Ernesto, then you are in for a real treat. And if you are wondering why a 4 instead of a 5, well, when they get their espresso machine in, I'll be back, and then I can give them a 5...but if you are not a espresso drinker, take my review as a 5. Enjoy!”

“If you are in TJ and are looking for a very good seafood restaurant, Villa Marina is the place you want to go. First, the service there is beyond compare. We were treated so well and was always checked on to make sure we had everything we needed and were pleased with our meal. The menu is made up most with seafood but also has sushi, salad, soup, etc. There is a children's menu as well for kiddos who don't like seafood. The kids menu consists of chicken strips, pizza, hamburger, etc. so there is variety for the kids too. The portions of food you get is so plentiful and amazing. The presentation of your dish is also a delight to see. Our meal was the tuna tartar and let me tell you, this was absolutely to die for! The flavors were wonderful and my taste buds were jumping with joy. Our main dish was fish which my husband and I shared. Again, big portions and the fish was so tasty and moist, not dry at all. It was delicious and was on a bed of rice, tomatoes, spinach and beans on the side. You won't be disappointed at this restaurant. I look forward to coming to Villa Marina again soon.”

“This one of my go to places everytime my husband and I are in the area. The seafood is so fresh and the staff is very welcoming! There was a hiccup in my order due to a language barrier and I have never seen a server and manager so responsive to correct the issue and make sure I had a pleasant experience. I did! Not only was a new dish sent out to me right away, I loved how human I was treated. For me that's a big deal. I have a lot of food allergies, and a lot of places make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I did not have this experience here. Oh, and can we talk about the prices?!?! For fresh seafood and top self alcohol my husband and I treated ourselves to a fantastic meal after a stressful day of doctors appointments. I can't wait to visit this place again and again!”
