The Brick Oven

I am a Galveston transplant and a friend of mine invited me to TBO. I have had pizza all over the US and can honestly say I was impressed with the pizza! The crust had a nice texture, the cheese was perfect and the outside ring was crisp on the outside and chewy soft on the inside. This will be my go-to place for pizza for sure. They get a 10/10 from me. SUPER good pizza!

Amazing! Great service, awesome food. They have a decent sized menu. The waitress suggested the apple pie pizza for dessert which is basically apple pie filling on a pizza dough with caramel sauce. It was wonderful! The hint of saltiness from the dough fit the sauce well and its great with coffee. The veggie pizza is also wonderful.

This is by far my favorite pizza place around. Brick oven pizza is something I got into in Europe while in the service. It was so great to have a place like this near by. This is the only brick oven place I even remotely like around here and I love this place. Always clean and friendly staff. I am guessing the few bad reviews they have of people that don’t like the brick oven style. I go as much as I can. Keep up the great work.

What an amazing pizzeria! Our waitress, Stephanie, was absolutely wonderful! She was prompt, friendly, and made us feel right at home. To top off the amazing service, the pizza was absolutely to die for. We ate a large veggie pizza and got to choose 4 toppings from a wide variety of fresh ingredients. We also tried our servers favorite dessert, which was an apple pie pizza, topped with caramel. Such a unique dessert that was nice sweet treat to top off our meal. We almost went to the mellow mushroom instead but I am so glad we choose to come here instead! I'd definitely recommend a visit for some great handmade pizzas

Great little spot for pizza and beer...or wine. Great atmosphere. Quiet. No loud tv's. The staff is great. This place makes there pies on site fresh and cooks them up over a real brick pizza oven fired by real wood. Delicious. One of my favorite local spots to eat.
