You will love the breakfast and lunch buffet! There are plenty of options, all fresh and delicious. The price is very reasonable, and the service is friendly and fast. This great new diner is located just down from Rouse's in OB.

Breakfast featured two different egg dishes, a variety of breakfast meats, cheese grits, breakfast potatoes, biscuits, muffins, fruit, and hot fresh Belgium waffles.

The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious and a welcome break from all the seafood restaurants in OB. There were several different meat options and TONS of vegetables, all incredibly tasty. This is southern home cooking like your grandmother used to make. You won't be disappointed!

Very clean little hidden gem in a strip mall off the main drag.
They have a very basic menu. But it was all delicious. Great food, WONDERFUL service.
The restaurant is kept very clean.
Will definitely dine here again if we're ever back!

I have eaten lunch there for the past two days straight- I’m sure all the food is delicious but I haven’t been able to get past the cheeseburger! Seriously! It’s delicious & Bacon cheese burger with Fries after tax was $11 OBA needed a place that focused on just the food instead of all the ambience - it gives me a true small town mom and pop place that no matter what you eat it’s delicious 😋

AMAZINGGG!!! We are the girls that work at the boutique next door and we are so happy that empire diner is here now! We had the burger and let me tell y’all that it is genuinely so good. It reminds me of a good homemade burger, it’s nice to go somewhere and not have to build your own burger AND only $11 after tax for both the burger and fries which is unheard off for Orange Beach to be that affordable. The fresh cut HOMEMADE fries are so good and perfect with the burger. The staff is amazing and we 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and good service.
