“Best restaurant we visited during our stay. Polite service, excellent food, decent prices. My husband and I spent around $50 for the 2 of us with an appetizer. We got the pita chips with cheese dip. It was amazing. I got the seafood pasta and he got the firecracker chicken wrap. He said it was the best wrap he ever had. I barely put a dent in my pasta after the appetizer. Shrimp in pasta was cook perfectly. Hope to come here again.”

“I have been here twice when visiting. Each time everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I recommend every appetizer. My husband and I made a meal on just appetizers on one visit. The blueberry pepper jelly, which we were told is a family recipe, that comes with the pimento hush puppies is to die for! If you're a beer lover they have lots of craft beers to choose from. Would definitely recommend!”

“I absolutely love this place! Cute little cat themed coffee and breakfast shop! My only qualm with the place is they seem understaffed. I had a wonderful young girl named Reagan get my group and I everything my group asked for extremely quickly (and we ordered a lot of stuff!), but it seemed like she was the only one there and when other people came in there was no one to help them until she finished our order. That being said she made me the best cappuccino I've ever had. We'll definitely be back!”

“This place has great looks and great employee's. The beverages served are for the most part tasty unless you get a protein shake which is expected from a protein shake. However, the prices at this place and most all others in it's field are ridiculous to tell the truth. I mean it's really a niche thing. If you are willing to spend somewhere around 10 dollars for a drink that claims to make you beautiful even though that's just not gonna happen then by all means feel obliged to shop here. But if you appreciate the value of your dollar I wouldn't recommend to waste it here or any other place of the sort. Other than that I have no complaints. All in all the experience was still nice. I just don't think these places are all they are hyped up to be.”

“We had both breakfast and a dinner here during our vacation in mid May 2021. Will DEFINITELY recommend the breakfast portion wise as well as flavorful. Must try the Country Fried Chicken with Sausage Gravy, FABULOUS! The Crab Cakes and Gouda Grits were amazing! The server, Haley, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and simply outstanding for both of our visits as we requested her for our dining experience two nights later with friends. Fresh catch well prepared and Shrimp Scallop Risotto was FAB!!! Will come back simply to dine here again with Haley on our next visit.”

“Visited The Club at Live Bait for the first time this past Saturday to celebrate my birthday and it was a blast! I cannot wait to revisit. Tito Bonito was such a great host. He was funny, engaged with everyone and simply the life of the party. Loved him all the way. The aerialist was gorgeous! What a beautiful addition to such a fun bar. She was amazing to watch and I didn't want her routines to end! The bar tenders were great too. Veronica made sure to take care of my girls and I, and I really appreciate that. She was attentive, made some awesome cocktails and especially those yummy birthday shots. New place that you gotta stop by and check out! Birthday spankings included!”

“Great place for seafood not so much for people who don’t like seafood. I got the burger instead of the steak because the steaks cost so much but I regretted it. The burger was not great and I’ve heard their steaks are amazing. So if you are going to Spend the money while on vacation this is the place. My family all said this was the best place we ate at locally for seafood. It was fresh and cooked to perfection. This was the second time we ate here over the years. They give good portions. A local favorite when we come down.”

“My friend and I desired a wonderful seafood experience while vacationing in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We asked a few local people where to find the best food with a friendly atmosphere, we were pointed in the direction of The Flying Harpoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted as soon as we stepped out of our car by a gentleman who made us feel more than welcome. The atmosphere of this quaint spot was spot on for what we were looking for. I didn't enjoy the meat as much - felt like the quality was VERY inconsistent. i.e. Some were still on the bone, some were in little pieces, some were chewy, some were lean, others you can't even chew or swallow, etc. As far as the flavor, I think it was more traditional but was way too onion-y for me.”

“We ate dinner at the Pier House on Saturday evening and it was spectacular! The red fish was so tasty and beyond flavorful! The presentation was excellent. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing and calming. The service was a tad slow, but with only being open a week, we gave them a break. The prices are on the higher end, but you truly pay for what you get. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to grab a fancier bite to eat! I will absolutely be back!”

“Visited when the business first opened and have now returned again. They've really stepped it up! They've expanded everything...coffee selections, breakfast lunch and dinner foods, gelato and desserts, gift shop. Some reviewers report slow service, but mine was quick. Prices on the Starbucks side, but to be expected. Definitely recommend! Our meals were the sunrise bowl $8.99 and garden omelette $12.99. As for the Sunrise bowl it was biscuits and gravy topped with pepper gravy and two over easy eggs. The only chef recommendation that I would make is to add sausage chips to the gravy and ensure the eggs are cooked firmly. As for the Garden Omelette it was 3 eggs full of veggies and cheese served with toast and a large bowl of fresh fruit. It was excellent.”
