“I ordered online for my basketball team that was playing in the area. I made the order at 10 am and because of the time zone change, the software adjusted my time to reflect my time zone. As a result it confirmed my order but changed my times from 7:20 to 6:20, an hour before the needed time. I caught it and called as soon as they opened. I talked to a sweet young lady she tried to walk me through how to change it, with no luck she assured me they would handle it. And hour before the order was due, I received a message saying my order was canceled at half time of our game. Devastated I had a manager to call because we were returning to play. After speaking with someone they were still on top of the order. Low and behold, the Store GM brought us our order to the gym, names on every box, every sauce and order correct, hot and fresh! It was absolutely amazing! My girls had never than Shane’s and bragged about the food all night. I want to thank you all for your wonderful customer service and amazing food! If you are in the area, please visit them!”

“My husband and I had lunch here for the first time yesterday. I had the bacon cheeseburger; he had the double burger and we split and order of chili cheese fries. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Portions were large and the patties were bigger than we expected. The restaurant itself was very clean & the staff was very friendly. “The evening that I went I had my autistic grandson and the store was very crowded. So of course my grandson wouldn't enter. Well one of the employees happened to be outside and I asked him if I could give him my order would he make my order and I would pay when I was able to get inside with my grandson. He said yes, took my order, made my order. I was able to pay for it and he handed it to me directly. He also gave my grandson a bag of cookies. My grandson was so happy with that gift. I couldn't get his name. But, he was so wonderful.”

“Seating was quick once we arrived. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered the salad bar and a burger and salmon. The salad bar was clean and stocked and overall pretty good, it's an all you can eat salad bar. Our food took almost 45 minutes to come out to us which at that point we had to get to go boxes because we had an appointment. The manager and waitress apologized and we appreciate it but really wasn't expecting it to take so long. The restaurant wasn't packed by no means there was maybe 15 to 20 people total. Not the best of experiences. I gave it a 3 because our waitress was nice.”

It was Christmas day and the place was packed, yet everyone got seated in a timely manner, the place was regularly cleaned promptly so everyone got clean tables and there was very little waiting time. “This place is definitely one of my favorite spots in Enterprise. The food isn't cheap bar food, it's actual food (you know this makes sense don't be silly) and they are always looking at ways to adjust it. The onion rings are perfect and crispy, not all stringy and pull out of the batter. They have neat seasonal drinks, good quality alcohol selection, and an outstanding beer menu. The staff is super friendly are great to talk with.”
