“I'm torn because the food goes from "eh it's not bad" to amazing. But the prices are pretty high. An $18 burger is pretty pricey in my opinion, however, that burger was extremely good. Other things are just "meh" it's good for Enterprise, which isn't saying a whole lot. It's Enterprise Alabama. However, the people who work there are good people. Very friendly and willing to chat (at the bar). I've never left there being upset about my experience. I either leave just whelmed or overwhelmed.”

“I ordered online for my basketball team that was playing in the area. I made the order at 10 am and because of the time zone change, the software adjusted my time to reflect my time zone. As a result it confirmed my order but changed my times from 7:20 to 6:20, an hour before the needed time. I caught it and called as soon as they opened. I talked to a sweet young lady she tried to walk me through how to change it, with no luck she assured me they would handle it. And hour before the order was due, I received a message saying my order was canceled at half time of our game. Devastated I had a manager to call because we were returning to play. After speaking with someone they were still on top of the order. Low and behold, the Store GM brought us our order to the gym, names on every box, every sauce and order correct, hot and fresh! It was absolutely amazing! My girls had never than Shane’s and bragged about the food all night. I want to thank you all for your wonderful customer service and amazing food! If you are in the area, please visit them!”

“The evening that I went I had my autistic grandson and the store was very crowded. So of course my grandson wouldn't enter. Well one of the employees happened to be outside and I asked him if I could give him my order would he make my order and I would pay when I was able to get inside with my grandson. He said yes, took my order, made my order. I was able to pay for it and he handed it to me directly. He also gave my grandson a bag of cookies. My grandson was so happy with that gift. I couldn't get his name. But, he was so wonderful.”
