“The stay was great and it didn't have complimentary breakfast and I didn't find out till I got there that the taxes had went up and I thought everything would be what I was given when I made the reservation and it wasn't so. But it was in a great location and near so much that it was in walking distance and that was a plus and great service. So be sure nothing has changed before you arrive because it should've been honored anyway so it maybe would assure that I would visit the hotel again or tell some people about it.”

“My son works here and it's very clean but when it comes to services well when my son works it's good if u go into the dining area. Well I hope I taught him to be respectful to others to an extent, but as for the drivethru well I went there on a day he wasn't working and it was late night. Let me tell u they r under staffed after 10pm. They run out of a lot of there food. That happens a lot. So owner is under buying product or workers r not doing there job taking it out when needed. Also when I did find something I will eat that they had they messed up my order. So I had to ride back (20 min drive) to get it. No one offered me a compensation for my troubles or a sorry. They did pass there core which pretty much is there health inspection. Sons been working there 2 months and the workers there are a joke. At least late night shift is.”

My sub roll did not get toasted as I asked because one person began serving me but as soon as the previous customer's sandwich was ready to come out of the oven my order was turned over to another employee who was apparently not told that I wanted my roll toasted. Everything else went well but my friend(who ordered a meatball sub was not very impressed with his sub. Has had better subs at other locations. Probably will not be going back to this location.”

“Jamie at the front desk was helpful, friendly and kind. Our room was fair. Bed was comfortable, the shower had a strange smell, my husband decided not to shower because of smell. Blow dryer plug had a crack in it. I did mention this to Jamie next morning and he apologized, and thank me for telling him. We have stayed at better sleep inns. Breakfast good with scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy.”

“Salad bar was the best thing. They had 5 or 6 tables to seat 6 people. There was only 3 in our party they said we would have to wait. Funny thing when we left approximate 45 minutes later they had sat a party of 2 at one of the tables all the other 6 "toppers" i believe is what they referred to them as were empty. The other customers who were waiting with us and waiting on to go orders commented they thought it should be first come first served. I don't disagree. Steaks were tough and didn't have much flavor. Not sure I'll give them another try kinda out of the way approximate 25 minute drive for me to be treated like a second class citizen & pay premium prices for steak and the salad be all that is satisfying.”
