“Pops is a very quaint BBQ joint with a huge menu selection and great atmosphere.It has the locally owned vibe with the wooden sign out front and the gravel parking lot. You seat yourself when you walk in and the staff grab your drink and food orders quickly. Food came out in less than 10 minutes on a Friday night. I enjoyed my brisket plate (regular size) with the free homemade potato chips as starter. I would definitely stop here again if I was in the area.”

I have to say that the sandwich was hot and juicy with a steamed bun with mayonnaise and dill pickles was very good. My friend got a three piece chicken combo, mashed potatoes and biscuit. I was served quickly and it was what I ordered. I will go back again and recommend the Hanceville Dairy Queen to all. “The service was great, the waiter gave us time to review the menu. We ordered a taco plate and chalupa plate. We had beer and a margarita. The service was quick, food was hot but lacked seasonings, it was bland. The margarita was great and the beer was cold. The price was inexpensive. The restaurant was dark and was clean as could be expected.”
