    Great Service and great food. Had a party of 10 in middle of rush hour. We had no complaints and the servers kept our drinks full and got the food out faster than expected.

    Cracker Barrel food is consistent regardless which location you visit. The menu items are identical at all stores so the only way to differentiate is by offering better, friendlier service and some stores are better at this than others. We were fortunate to have a young lady named Taylor as our server at the Fort Payne location. She was friendly, prompt and efficient! She made our visit enjoyable.

    Similar to other reports. Very friendly waitress, clean restaurant. Bathrooms could use more attention.

    Biscuits were somewhat dry, but good. All food was prepared and delicious. I would return to this location in the future.

    We stopped here on our road trip, and had an excellent experience. Our server, Kristy G, was so sweet and did such an awesome job! She was so sweet to our kids and made our whole visit perfect. Great food too!
