“Very slow. We went inside and only had four people in line ahead of us and 30 minutes later we had our donuts. Only one young lady running the counter. Three running the drive through. Even when no customers were coming through the drive through the employees didn't come up to the counter to help speed things up. Donuts and coffee were good.”

“The food was good, the prices weren't bad for the quality and portion size. Everything is made in house, which is nice. The server could've been a bit more attentive, no big deal. My only complaint is charging $3 for drinks (soda, tea, etc.) for adults and KIDS. That seems a bit steep to me, at that price it should at least be listed on the menu so the customer could make an informed decision prior to ordering, especially for the kids. Aside from the drink prices we had a good experience and enjoyed our meal.”

This particular location has reliable and consistent service. I appreciate that! The dining area has lots of windows and the overall look is clean. The only problem is they can't keep delivery drivers, so it's just easier to place a pick up order rather than delivery. But I don't mind because the staff makes up for the delivery issues.”

“Actually, for what it is - I would've given it all 5 stars, if it weren't for their choice to allow smoking. I get that it's legal in the state, but many restaurants have banned it anyway - just know that this particular location allows smoking. If you're ok with that & don't mind it anyway, then this Huddle House is great! It has better food than that other "House." Service is quick & friendly, and always with a smile.”

“Truman's Seafood is an off the beaten path restaurant (Mom and Pop Style). Just a cozy place with no fine China or Silverware here. What they are selling is good fried seafood (shrimp, oysters, catfish) and excellent hush puppies with write home about cocktail sauce. The small intimate atmosphere with older sweeter waitresses is fantastic, as opposed to a sterile no communication 20 something. Plus to top it all off, the owner is/was the cook!!!”
