The penguin Bar & Grill

Had lunch here today. We had a server , not familiar with the menu. I ordered smothered chicken , baked potato, side salad. Received wrong order. Baked potato was undercooked. Salad was delicious. When I received the correct chicken order. It was delish. The baked potato was perfect this time around. My friend found a hair in her sandwich. My husband got the barbecue nachos. He liked them. Fair pricing. A good amount of food. Will be going back to try the oysters .

Our food was hot and delicious. We had a Fried Chicken Sandwich with Homemade Fries and Philly Cheesesteak with Mac n Cheese. Our server was Kalyn S. and she was an excellent, attentive server. We will return. Pics attached, but doesn't really do the looks and taste justice. I was able to edit one pic to fix the color in it.

Our food came out supper fast and fresh! I came once before and I can tell they are getting everything to I understand it was a new business so I was patient, but I’m glad I came back and I will definitely return. Also shout out to my waitress. Katelyn C! She was SPECTACULAR!!

yesterday was my first time at Penguin and the food was amazing. It came out super fast. We came the first week that they opened and kitchen times are kind of slow, which is understandable because it is a new business. The food was fresh and hot came out at the same time, my waitress Katelyn C Was an amazing service she kept her drinks full and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall service was amazing and the food was amazing. We would be back.

Coming from restaurant experience, I know how long it takes to get things running smoothly. This was our server's first day, so she was nervous. No experienced server was with her to mirror if she was or wasn't writing our order down. Our issue would have been caught most likely, if that occurred. My pasta dish and salad was delicious. The menu and overall prices are very balanced.
