“My order was missing items at my last visit. I spoke with the manager who reassured he would correct the order. On the day I came in I was greeted with a smile by the cashier and manager. He stood by his promise. The cashier told me about a cheesecake that is sooooo GOOD. I sat to eat and the dining area was clean and comfortable. HOT! FRESH! DELICIOUS!”

“We were there for a business trip. While the hotel was a little older. You could tell it was loved, clean and updated. Every staff member there were just genuinely happy and nice. Special kudos to the cook who made me a breakfast I wasn't allergic to 🙂 . The pool was such a blast and huge! Made it feel like we were on a small vacation and not business. Thank you 😊”

“This new Jersey Mike's Subs location is amazing! They have great attitudes - greeting you when you walk in and talking to you while you're there! The chef is amazing (I'm sorry that I forgot to get her name!) She is funny and kind and upbeat and proud to work there. The food was excellent - had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Big Kahuna! She warned us we'd need plenty of napkins! She was not kidding! I highly recommend this place! Great job!”

“This is a great location and the manager/owner should be pleased with the employees they have. Every time I go there the people are very friendly/pleasant. Also I have been there many times and my order has never been messed up once. That may sound like a low bar, but around Dothan it’s very uncommon to go to most stores or restaurants and find employees who aren’t useless and/or rude, and where they actually care about what they are doing and treat customers well.”

“Service was good. Don't go to this restaurant for the atmosphere. There basically is none. It is a bare bones type of place with no frills. The food was OK. The steak was good and cooked as ordered. The sides however were lacking. The broccoli was not cooked enough and portions of it were cold. Not sure if that is how they normally serve it but I prefer it to be steamed or roasted to a tender consistency and this was closer to raw. The fries I had were fine but somewhat soggy. The portions were quite generous however with the sides and I was not able to finish all of it after eating the entire steak. Would I say it was a good value for the price? Eh, probably not. We are new to the area and will probably try other places before we would go back.”

“I'm giving it a 5 because my daughter really likes it and goes to the one in it Charlotte Florida a lot. Me new at this so I have to find what I like best. I liked the tea a lot, I had raspberry. The shake not so much for me but I think it's more of a texture thing for me. The staff is upbeat and friendly. Has a really good positive VIBE!”

“I had an awesome first experience. The food was delicious. The entire staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I think the manager’s name was either Haley or Kaley. She and I talked and laughed as she was making my lunch. It’s usually really quiet when you are waiting for someone to make your lunch order Togo. So, I definitely enjoyed the interaction. She was also extremely helpful when I was trying to decide on which meal to get. She made sure my food was correct and showed me my plate before putting it in the bag. I really appreciated it because not a lot of people do that at togo places. Joe, the owner, was such a joy. He was so friendly and funny. The prices are a bit high, but for the food you get and their hospitality, it’s worth it. I will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give 10 stars I would!!”

“I keep going during lunch rush, so the wait time is usually 10 minutes or so. Which is totally not the fault of employees! It's lunch; it's expected. Food is always hot, though. And my husband has never had a service issue when he goes in to order either. Good place to go!”
