I highly recommend bowl. if you enjoy whole, healthy foods! Their ingredients are quality and fresh and the dressings are delicious. The kale bowl is my favorite - and it is HUGE! When we moved back to Birmingham over the summer, I was worried we would not have fast, healthy food options that we were used to in Charleston and D.C. Bowl. has filled a void in the Birmingham food scene. I also appreciate that they have their own free delivery service and you do not have to go through an app. It is faster, better service than UberEats etc. and I would rather spend my money directly at local restaurants rather than having a company in silicon valley take a cut. We will definitely keep ordering bowl. regularly and feel good about it because it is so healthy! Update: They removed the Kale Bowl from the menu.

I love Brick and Tin, so I had high hopes for Bowl, which didn't disappoint. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, which was delicious. The price is fair for the amount of food, the quality, and that it's delivered to your door. Can't beat that for convenience. I only wish they were open on the weekend!
I'd love to see them open for dine-in downtown once Covid isn't so bad.

**Edited—first ordered when they first opened and was delicious but thought could be more flavorful on the salmon bowl. Reordered today and was perfect. Improved, flavorful and delicious!** Interesting idea and super fresh and healthy! Lots of options including build your own bowl, but we ordered sesame chicken and salmon bowls. Sesame chicken had tons of flavor—mix of warm chicken and chilled sides. Salmon bowl was all chilled—flavor of salmon was delicious but rest of bowl was kind of bland (including green goddess dressing). Wish there had been more miso sauce on the entire bowl. Will order again with more sauces.

Fast service and totally amazing food, fresh healthy, delicious and original.
While I thought it was a little pricey at first (looking at the menu) I quickly realized that it is not. I was concerned about whether or not it was going to be filling enough. I ate a little over half for lunch and the rest will be diner.

Loved bowl. Definitely recommend the sesame chicken bowl. If you want healthy and hearty, this can't be beat.
