Cafe Dupont

The food was delicious but our group was seated in an area where the restaurant was cold when the door opened and it was approximately 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The service was good. The appetizers were delicious I had the fried green tomatoes. One of the guests with us had the oysters and fried okra said it was excellent. We were a group of 9.

I meet with friends this great spot quite often! This is my favorite place to eat. I visit this place regularly. The meals are excellent, the staff members are courteous and the prices are reasonable. I like going in this spot for a nice dinner.

Arrived to the restaurant with a party of 9 and the lights were dim and soft music playing. A really nice ambiance. Greeted by the hostess and seated immediately. We were greeted immediately and the service began. Very classy restaurant and upscale and the crowd was diverse and it felt very comfortable and welcoming. The food was great and so was the service. A little pricey but it was appropriate for the type of restaurant and service. I would definitely recommend and re-visit myself.

I am not one to usually write a review for a restaurant, but I was so blown away by my dinner experience yesterday that it has led me to write this. I was taking my friend out to celebrate her admission to medical school, and from the very beginning the staff at Cafe Dupont did everything they could to make it a special occasion. Beyond the incredibly tasty and fresh food we were served, the staff went above and beyond in their service and compliments that it led to a night of celebration we both will never forget. Great service and great food! It's a bit loud inside the dining area but that's expected with a smaller room! I had the filet and it was PERFECT. One of the best I've ever had. Make reservations!!When we walked into the bar area it almost felt as if we stepped back into the 1940s. The decor and overall ambiance takes you back in time.
