Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

1. YES YOU WILL WAIT so if you're in a rush don't go. Food is made to order.
2. Food is very good! Is it the best thing ever? No, but everything is fresh and you don't feel weighed down after eating. Burgers could use more seasoning, but adding Fry sauce takes care of that. Fries are tiny but taste good.
3. Custard itself is just ok...I know...but I wasn't super impressed ????‍♀️ DQ is better, but the Nutter Butter Custard Sandwich was AMAZING ????

I've been twice and would go again even knowing I'll have to wait.

Overall the experience was a 5/5. Good atmosphere, really good food, and the turtle concrete custard was out of this world. Larry, the manager at Freddy’s, made the experience memorable. He was very kind and fantastic. His service was top notch 10/10. Along with all the other people on staff. We will definitely be coming back.

One word "JERICK"...I went to this establishment (3) days in a row and I can't seem to get enough of this great place with fantastic food and excellent Customer service. The manager JERICK from the Lee Branch location made my 3rd day one to remember forever and I literally mean forever. It is in a great location, the atmosphere gives off some serious 50's diner vibes, and if you want to try something different hit them up !!!!! The Custard is my absolute favorite, I swear every time that I think about it I gain 5 ounces...It is my new addiction right next to a tall cup of Ice !!!!!

I have to say, very disappointed. I was looking forward to eating here as it's a new establishment. I went a few days after their grand opening. I went through the drive thru and knew the lines would be long as they have just opened and everyone wants to try them out. I didn't have a problem with that.

The problem I had was the fact that when I got home my order was beyond wrong. Instead of the double bacon cheeseburger, in the box was two pieces of meat with cheese and bacon and it was burnt to a crisp. WTF?!

Anyway, I called the Manager and he apologized, took my information and said that he will send something in the mail. I'll wait and see, but not holding my breath. I don't know if it's this particular location or if this is how they cook their food. On the other hand. The frozen custard and fries were great, the drink tasted watered down.

All in all, 3 stars is as generous as I can be on my current review as the situation stands. If I get my coupon or whatever in the mail and try them again I'll give an updated review.

Went opening day and you can imagine that it was quite busy. But it is run similar to an In-N-Out so even with a crowd they are very efficient. The shoestring fries were nice a crispy and I love the dipping sauces. They use Pepsi products and have a big soda fountain....but why have 3 slots for regular pepsi....add diet Mountain Dew. The burger was great I ordered a double cheeseburger California style and it reminds me of a double double, me likes it a bunch. To top it all off the Cookie custard sandwiches are a must. Oh I forgot nice fat chewy ice!
