Freddy's Wine Bar

Awesome atmosphere!! Cozy and cool. Love the charcuterie boards too, so fun. The house red wine is really great and affordable too.

Freddy's Wine Bar is one of my favorite restaurants for having Tapas/Small plate foods. Their special foods include Lobster Rolls, Ribs, House Red, Peanut Hummus, Crab Cakes, etc. There are no table reservation, no food delivery, no takeout.

Fantastic food and atmosphere with a great drink selection. They have one of the best Old Fashioned cocktails in town. The staff is excellent and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Great night out with girlfriends. I love everything about this place. The decor was warm and inviting...would have loved to enjoy the outside space, but it was raining the night we went. The one negative I do have is there is zero parking. They have a large selection of wine that they allow you to taste before you make your choice...love that. I didn’t taste the Craft beer, but they have that for you beer drinkers. They also had fun cocktails, didn’t taste those either, but they sounded yummy We had several dishes all YUMMY!!! Steamed buns, boiled peanut hummus,(the dip of the moment),Brussel sprouts, braised short ribs atop a carrot soufflé (oh my gosh this was so good) mac and cheese was good, just not my favorite. The dessert we had was good I just can’t remember the name. I highly recommend this place, and look forward to going again.

Freddy's was one of the many vendors who participated in the annual Mac n Cheese festival. The gnocchi was superb. The cheese sauce was rich and creamy with the hint of carmalized onions. Each bite was filled with a punch of great flavor. Thanks for sharing this dish.
