Excellent service! We got a table according according to our reservation. The table cloth had what appeared to be a big drop of black ink. We thought that being the table so small my son's shirt would end stained. We complained and we were moved immediately to another table.
THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE! It is a place worth for an special occasion.
This restaurant has first-rate service and delicious meals. One of the best spot around town. The meals came out quickly and the prices are economical. I recommend this place.
Really awesome place with outstanding food and an excellent bourbon and wine selection! Definitely recommend a reservation and arrive early. Complimentary valet was a great bonus and the bartender was ready with suggestions while we waited for our table. Really limited seating in the bar area, so if you're early be prepared to stand. Dinner was fabulous, noise level was a little high for my liking ‐ open kitchen to the dining room and competing noises between kitchen and other diners could get a bit loud at times. But I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Our favorite Italian restaurant in Birmingham! We absolutely love this place. The food is delicious! The servers are knowledgeable and make excellent recommendations. You'll typically need reservations for the main restaurant, but they have a wine bar/store out back that is first come first served and you can order from the full menu. It's pretty cool back there!
You are getting your first course within minutes of sitting down. First course - a lobster claw with crab salad over a pickled fired green tomato. Once you finish that course, out comes the next. Second course was an amazing scallop. None of these are small course. We finish this and proceed. Next course was half a quail with some of he best stuffing I have ever had. Sorry no pictures. By this point I realize why food came out so quickly. There was a lot to eat and they needed to give you breaks later in the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.
