McDonald's

I've been a handful of times and if you don't go at peak hours, it takes a while and may have a couple of mistakes. It's fine around meal times though.

Ordered an apple pie got a strawberry. Ordered a double 1/4 pound deluxe received a single. Another lady that ordered a fish sandwich got the sandwich with no fish. Maybe it was a bad day. I was there at 2pm and they were very busy. Just seemed like they were trying to survive the service for the day. Staff was droning around like they had been on a 20hr shift and were ready to leave. Who knows maybe they have been. Anyways its McD's Its fast and simple.

I'm leaving this comment because I think it's important to not only comment when service is bad but, to congratulate people that do a but people that appear to be doing their job as best they can with the tools that they have. McDonald's is often short-staffed but, and the last three times that I've been there I have observed the staff working hard to take care of the guests. About two weeks ago I came to the drive-thru and a male took my order, a male collected my payment, and a male at the next window to give me my order. I had questions he assured me everything was fine so I went along my way. That has not happened to me and McDonald's in a very long time. So I just wanted to say thumbs up for the few workers that show up and definitely the young lady that's the manager she's always kind no matter how hard her day appears to be.

Hard to beat McDonalds when you want fast food. Consistent quality in their menu items. Quick service and reasonably priced.

I don't get time to eat here often but I always have to bring my friend at St. Vs really crucial and important things like gum or a pen all the way from hoover.... But I have a lot of interaction with the security guard in the mornings and from a mgt standpoint.. He is a keeper. Hard worker and essentially a friendly face for all your customers.... A very nice choice for a shinning beacon if you ask me
