    Y'all!
    This man knows his stuff. We have tried his Gumbo, boudin, crawfish boudin balls, and his boudin stuffed chicken. Everything was outstanding. There are no words to describe his crawfish boudin balls and that chicken, OMG!
    If you get a chance to try his food do not hesitate to stock up on a little bit of everything, it's that good!

    The absolute best Jambalaya I have ever had. Every bite was full of flavor and it had the right amount of kick to it. Everyone needs to try Roll Cajun Boudin!

    As a born and raised New Orleanian with an added bonus of being half Cajun, I can rarely find food that tastes like my Cajun grandma made it. We had the boudin stuffed chicken, and it was extremely juicy, very good size, and the boudin satisfied my craving for home cooking!!! I highly recommend for amazing Cajun food!

    I don’t know that I have ever had boudin that has left an impression, but this is the best I have had. It smoked up so nicely, wonderful flavor and texture. We will for sure only buy from Roll Cajun for our boudin needs!!
