We went to Rails & Ales in Leeds to try Simones Kitchen, I'm a huge "food truck" follower. Well, it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Cajun Trio Pasta, The LBC Fries, Buffalo Egg Rolls... it just kept getting better & better. Waited less than 10 minutes, we WILL be back. 100% amazing! Thx so much! 😋
Had a few selections of food trucks at the Birmingham Zoo October Fest, decided to try Simones stuffed grilled cheese and buffalo chicken egg rolls. The guy at the window lured my wife in with temptations of grilled cheese, at this point I knew it was too late, I gave in. Both the grilled cheese and egg rolls were bussin bussin on God on God. Feel like a fat piece of garbage after eating but that's on me, I should of stopped, but I couldn't, the food kept whispering to me "eat me" so I did. 10/10 did not disappoint. Also, didn't taste like feet.
Went to the firework show tonight in Trussville AL and man I tell ya what! I snagged their cajun pasta trio and oh my god...best cajun pasta I have ever had in my mouth and its not even close! I wish they were right beside my house everyday! 🤣 GREAT food...will have to try the other things for sure!
Had a rough experience the first time we went with some burnt fries. I don't expect this happens often and Simone reached out and was quick to make it right. We tried the food truck again and it was amazing. Salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly, veggies and strawberries full of flavor. Nachos were top tier, awesome seasoning, big chunks of jalapeños. Thoughtful, creative dishes. Definitely recommend it if you're thinking about it.
The food here was great. Had the Cajun Pasta Trio, Seafood Stuffed Grilled Cheese and the Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls. It all was on point. The grilled cheese lived up to its name and was cooked exceptionally. The Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls were not mostly filler with a small amount of chicken but rather packed with chicken served with a side of the tangy Cajun sauce that amplified the flavor. The Cajun Pasta Trio was loaded with shrimp, sausage and chicken that were all cooked amazing and tossed in a cream sauce that is pretty much Alfredo with some Cajun spices. Still it was a meal well worth it. The wait ended up being a little longer than anticipated but when you're getting made to order food, you have to live with that. Next on the list will be the bayou fries and cajun chicken tacos. This place is a must for Birmingham
