The ono poke

I visit this newly found gem maybe 3 times a week because I work in the downtown area. Today I went and ordered my usual and never had an issue. Well today when I got back to job and sat down to eat, my ahi tuna was missing that I ordered. I was upset because I was still charged 12.65 with my missing ahi tuna. I tried to call, no answer. I can’t leave my job to go back. Other than this issue, the food is amazing.

Menu is well laid out and is easy to order especially for first timers. The Crunch bowl that I ordered overall had good quality ingredients that mixed well together. The staff was nice and created my poke bowl extremely fast and efficient so there was no wait time at all. However, the delivery was a little sloppy and had sauce falling from the side of the bowl.

Can you say DELICIOUS?? The poke salad bowl was so good!! I ordered it with tuna, crab salad, and spicy alioli. If you're into this type of food, I recommend you give this place a try. They were pretty busy with only 2 people working but the wait wasn't bad at all. Ono Poke' is located in Pizitz Food Hall in the downtown Birmingham area. It's a very small establishment but don't let that deter you. The food is very good.

Most poké places, once they add all their sauces it gets too salty. This place hits it without the sodium overload.
This place was actually open within said hours of operation. (Came Sunday 5:45p closes @6pm)
Beware this food hall...vendors don't follow their own hours of operation.

Ono Poke is very very good when it comes to poke. One of the best places I’ve had poke from. All of the ingredients were very very fresh. The guys were really nice and quick even during a lunch rush. To find a place selling good poke was one of the best parts of Pizitz food hall. I’ll definitely be back very soon to get another bowl.
