“Went this morning and ordered a cinnamon melt and sausage McGriddle. McGriddle was hot but the cinnamon melt was COLD. like fresh out of the fridge. The bottom was hot when I got the bag but when I opened the box it was cold as ice. You could tell that it was undone. When I went back the manager was very nice and friendly, i could’ve gotten another one but I wouldn’t DARE ... so I got a refund. She even apologized. The 3 Stars are for the manager not the food.”
