O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We had a staff party. Arrangements were made ahead of time for a 4pm gathering. We didn't get seated until 5:40pm. The manager offered us complimentary appetizers because of our long wait. We had a group of 20 people and they brought us 4 small appetizers, 2 of which most people don't eat, spinach dip. ???? The wait staff were excellent. That's the only reason they were able to get 3 stars.

Prime rib special on the weekends is what we wait for. Today's prime rib was cooked just the way everyone liked. The waitress was most efficent and we had prompt service. It was a delicious and enjoyable experience.

Had my family here last night. The food was excellent (especially the Prime Rib) but we were really pleased with the service. After we were seated we ordered drinks. It took a little longer than normal (but not uncomfortable). The drinks came and shortly afterwards the bartender came to our table (not in the bar) and apologized saying "I just wanted to let you know the slowness was my fault, not your servers". Unusually nice. Thereafter, the service became great. Great experience, especially with a toddler and 3 other children.
