We ate at an odd time but several things need attention. First, the floors were dangerously slippery. Not from water but from grease or oil. Bathrooms not clean or stocked with soap. Third, meat seasoned too heavily. Much different than the Outback meals we are accustomed to.
We were there for our family Christmas gathering and had a great time. The place was busy and our server did a great job of taking care of use. We will be back soon. Keep up the great service and excellent food experience.
I cannot express my gratitude towards the night manager Katheine. I came in with my husband and a family friend. I ordered what seemed like the seafood platter (lobster tail, 2 crab cakes, and 2 shrimp skewers). After taking a bite of the crab cakes, I felt queasy and had my husband and our friend take a bite. Both said the crab cakes had a bad smell plus the taste was completely off. I asked a server walking by to fetch a manager for me. Here steps in Katherine. I told her the situation and told her everything else was great except the crab cakes. She then told me she will check with the kitchen manager. She came back to tell me she took off my plate plus our appetizer for the inconvenience. I was not expecting that because like I said, everything else was great. I commend Katherine for taking it seriously and letting the kitchen manager know that there may be something off with the crab cakes!
Friendly service. The appetizer came out with the meal. The server removed it from the bill. I didn't complain to the server so that says a lot about the service. This server recognized it's not right and rectified it on his own. 5 stars because the server recognized an issue and made it right by the good customer service given.
