Saltgrass Steak House

I had the most tender and most delicious salmon and asparagus in this restaurant! My husband had steak which he also loved. The service was great, very polite and attentive server without being superficial or pushy. I would love to go back.

First class experience. They nailed a perfect rare porterhouse, and my wife cut her butterflied mid-well filet with her fork. Brandon was an excellent waiter. Can't wait to get some room in the tummy to try the bread pudding. We had a great time.

I took my 6 yr old grand daughter to Saltgrass 12/28/19. The wait for a table wasn't too long. The food was average and the service wasn't too bad either. My server was nice and he tried his best but.... he never brought our salad. The ribs were not fall off the bone tender. The chips for my spinach dip were a little too done for my taste. The server said they would comp those because he said they had not changed the grease the chips were friend in but they never did. Instead they came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the chips. They said the chips were dark because the chips were corn chips and not flour chips. I ordered steak fries and instead I was given diced potatoes and they too were dark as though they were cooked in "Old oil". The server was supposed to bring us to go cups and never did. I called back once I got home to speak to the manager (as they were very busy while I was there and I didn't want to cause anyone else to have the issues I had) I spoke to the manager and all she offered me was a free salad the next time I come in. I asked her if I get a side salad with my meal why would I want 2 salads... She then offered me a free salad if I should be coming through town and wanted to stop in and pick it up. Chances are great I will not be back to Saltgrass. I paid over $50 plus a tip for a meal for a 6 year old and myself and I received a comedy of errors and average food and all I was offered was a free side salad with my next meal (that comes with a side salad).

I don’t usually give 5 stars, but I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with a steakhouse as I was tonight at Saltgrass Steakhouse. From the moment they opened the door for my family it was a 5 star experience. We were seated quickly and the waitress, Kelly, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable of the menu as this was our first time dining there so we asked a few questions before ordering. She timed our food just right so that we were never left waiting on the next course. The food was excellent! In fact, I told my husband that it was quite possibly the best flavored steak I’d ever had. To top off the excellent evening, they held the door open for us on the way out! We will definitely be eating here again!
