We tried the Parmesan crusted chicken, the Greek chicken, macaroni and cheese, fries, broccoli, and both the Caesar and house salads. Everything was delicious. I ordered the Parm and it was SOOO good. I thought nothing would be better. But the Greek chicken? Wow! Delicious fresh flavors, fresh vegetables, to die for. The broccoli was crisp and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The fries remind me of seriously deliciously awesome fries I had at a world class resort. The Mac and cheese is creamy and flavorful, although it wasn’t as much a star as the other dishes. It just couldn’t compete when everything was so lovely. Both salads were fabulous and my dining companion cleaned her plate. All in all, 10/10 absolutely recommend!
Top notch food and very attentive service. Friendly atmosphere and is a great place to take the family or a date.
Best appetizer - hands down, the fried green tomatoes. Wait, maybe the firecracker shrimp. Nope, nope, gotta be the pimento cheese.
Best entree - the meatloaf. But, the Greek chicken was pretty dang awesome and my table mate INHALED his burger.
We passed around bites from each others plates and every time it was, “You gotta try this!”
People - you gotta try this place!
I'm not one to write reviews, like ever. However, this restaurant is like home- friendly folks, comforting food, and inviting atmosphere. I've been to several restaurants, and Cypress Row is a community staple to keep coming back to. The food is made with quality care and thoughtfulness (I tasted the Cypress sauce - and yum). Our server was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The building itself is very appealing with the exposed brick, comfy booths, and clean bathrooms. Y'all, I would highly recommend this be your go to work lunch, family dinner, or weekend brunch spot. Go check it out for yourself, and don't forget to order some fried green tomatoes, fire cracker shrimp, or banana pudding.
Loaded fries and burger cooked to perfection! My child loved her broccoli, as well! Service was outstanding
